The two-year double executive masters program is tailored to motivated, mid-career professionals who have an interest in health economics, policy, and management.

Applicants from across the globe are encouraged to apply.

Applications for this degree program are considered on a rolling basis, meaning the program will close once it becomes full. There is no fixed deadline by which you need to apply; however, you are encouraged to apply early since it is expected that the program will fill quickly.

Applications are made via the LSE application system, but will be jointly considered by a selection committee from both LSE and UChicago.

We carefully consider each application on an individual basis, taking into account all the information presented on your application form, including your:

  • Academic achievement (demonstrated on your transcripts)

  • Personal statement

  • Two references (either one academic and one professional, or two professional given the executive nature of the program)

  • CV or resume

A bachelor’s degree (Upper second class honors, 2:1 in the British system) or equivalent in any relevant academic subject (science, medicine, economics, political science, sociology, other social sciences).

Significant health-related work experience is essential whether in industry, health NGOs in developing countries, global health institutions and organizations, or ministries of health.

You may also have to provide evidence of your English proficiency, although you do not need to provide this at the time of your application to LSE.

A GRE or GMAT score is NOT required.
